“I will work to make Lehigh County Government more efficient and transparent, promote farmland preservation and stop over development. It is time that we protect the taxpayers and shine a bright light on government waste fraud and abuse, following the example that President Trump has set for us on the Federal level.”

Thank you, friends.
Although we didn’t come out on top in this election, I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported our campaign, volunteered their time, and believed in our message.
We ran a clean and honest race, and for that, we can all walk away with our heads held high. I’ve met incredible people along the way and am deeply grateful for the encouragement and kindness so many of you showed.
Public service has always been about community, not politics, and I will continue to do my part to make our county stronger. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for standing with me.

Don’t be misled by Siegel’s sensationalism!
Josh Siegel twists the facts about crime and policing.
When I was chief of police, crime went down – not up.
Every allegation was investigated, and discipline was issued when warranted. Allegations are not convictions.
Siegel doesn’t respect due process, he wants to be judge and jury.
The truth matters. Check the record, not his script.

Josh Siegel keeps trying to scare voters into thinking there was a “crime problem” during my time as Chief of Police in Allentown. But the facts tell a very different story.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police Uniform Crime Report (UCR), Part 1 crimes – the most serious offenses like homicide, robbery, and aggravated assault – fell 27% between 2006 and 2013.
✅ 2006: 9,261
✅ 2013: 6,726
The numbers speak for themselves.
Allentown became a safer city because our officers worked hard, our community stepped up, and we focused on real results – not politics.
And while Josh Siegel now tries to rewrite history, it’s worth remembering that he’s the same person who publicly shouted “F the police” right here in the city of Allentown.

Thank you, Pastor Jim Rivera!
“As Senior Pastor of City Limits Assembly of God in Allentown for over 31 years, I’ve known MacLean since his early days as a police officer. I’ve watched him lead with integrity, hard work, and a heart for service—even pursuing his master’s degree while serving as Chief. His dedication to honesty, accountability, and transparency continues to define him. I fully trust Roger to lead Lehigh County with the same integrity, faith, and commitment he’s shown throughout his career.”
